✅ Membership Rules

General Membership

• Minimum age of the member should be 18 years.
• Membership will be valid for 6 years.
• Payment of the prescribed fee is mandatory for membership.
• One person can be a member at only one location.
• Membership will end upon death, resignation, or expulsion.

Active Membership

• Active membership is granted after 3 years of continuous membership.
• An active member must contribute ₹500 every three years.
• Active members are expected to participate in the organization’s movements and activities.

✅ National Executive Committee

• President: Appointment at the top position of the organization.

Special Provisions

• A minimum of 3 terms as an active member is required.
• Under special circumstances, the National President can exempt up to 40 members.

✅ National General Secretary Selection

• Selection will be conducted through an electoral panel.
• Candidates must have been active members for at least 10 years.
• Candidates must be proposed by at least 5 State Executive Committees.
• The election process will be conducted by an election officer.

✅ Tenure

• All office bearers will have a three-year tenure.
• No individual can serve as General Secretary for more than two consecutive terms (three years each).

✅ State Executive Committee

• Maximum 120 members including the President.
• 40% representation of women is mandatory.
• Appointments in the committee require approval from the State President and Organization General Secretary.

✅ District Executive Committee

• Maximum 100 members, with 40% women.
• Appointments are made by the District President with the approval of the District General Secretary.
